  • Assuming we stay up (a risky assumption)....

...how much do you think we will spend on transfer fees only, in the next window? My guess? 2 (two) million max.

More than that by far, we will spend that on someone like Roofe. We need a LB, a RB, a back up CB, a new CM, and a winger or two when Phillips and Hoilett both leaves. Probably a striker too.

We need all that and more. But we won't pay transfer fees for them

I'd like to see Robinson and kpekwa then perch and furlong battling for the full back slots so full backs are maybe not needed in the next window, a couple of centre back will be needed as cover tho if Hill and Angella go. 2 wingers will also be needed with Phillips and hoilett leaving. Would also like to think a tough tackling midfielder could be added, then maybe a striker. So the spending could easily exceed 5 million.

Assuming we stay up? We WILL stay up, comfortably. No chance we will go down ffs.

LOl we have some numpty's on this site.

We will easily stay up. The teams in the relegation zone will be lucky to get to 45 points this year imo.

We are also in a massive transition period with still a vastly unbalanced team which means we are sitting where we should be around mid table. A few shrewd signings in the summer along the lines of Connor, Hall, Luongo and Smithies we will be that much stronger. again.

I think realistically Phillips will go for a round 7 mill, maybe even onohua, sell Caulker, Sandro and Fer and we will generate around 20 mill. Can see the club reinvesting 10 - 15 mill of that to bring in 6-8 players. 1 or 2 big names who are established champ quality and then looking for up and comers from league 1.

We've been trying to sell Fer, Sandro,Caulker and Philips for quite a while. What makes you think the summer will be any different?

Jesus christ. Some proper numpties on here. One loss and that's it, we're more than likely going down. I'm sure some of you lot wait with baited breath until we lose, desperate to unleash hell on here. Sad acts

HAHA this tread is brilliant and so predictable...

Rangers fan logic... win a game 'we're going to make the play-offs' ... Lose a game 'we can still go down'

                        CLASS.

no matty... we lost a game of football - relegation is almost inevitable.

(if we win on saturday though, i will believe that making the play-offs is more or less a certainty)

                            someone-or-other out!
