This is an excellent point. We were told the club would have a way of playing from first team all the way down to make it easier when players come through. If the formation is going to be 1 up top at every level we won't be playing 2. Would take a very strong manager to try and change that but I don't know for sure that is the formation or if it has been decided on yet, only speculation. I would have thought any manager coming in would have been briefed on this before taking the job and be willing to work like that.
