Maybe so, but he's certainly not one to duck a challenge!

Surely the majority come on here to go on the wind up and get themselves through work? Because they can't honestly have these opinions can they?!

Yes I think it is acceptable. We could with a little bit of luck have 6 more points which would mean 4 point from play offs.
9 games in the league with only 2 losses 1-6-2 and goals 11:10. Not championship form but steady
Soon the draws will become wins - but I hope we will not go up again this year but it could happen

Gave Rotherham a bit of a stuffing.

Someone else will be due a roasting soon.

So long as Les doesn't get too involved in first team matters and he is given a free range JFH will be ok.

I feel embarrassed to be a QPR fan on here when i read the view being expressed about JFH

But we should've won every single game by a large margin sInce JFH took over don't you know? It's obvious that a bad start for a manager means he has to go, changing managers until we find one who has a good start has to be the way to go, it always works, every time without fail.

Even if we finish below where we are now at the end of the season, my faith is fully in JFH to rebuild this club!

Yes Hits, under the circumstances of getting to know the players and finding out just how lacking in effort and application the majority of them were.

But from now on, then no. Absolutely no way. He's had his time now to work with them and get them used to his methods.

And I'm sure that it won't happen again.

Said the same on Saturday to my mates before the game, even if we drop down a few places, we must give him a chance next season to show what he can do. Yes it is frustrating that we keep drawing and you can't see where the next win is going to come from but we MUST stick with JFH, pushing him out would be disastrous. He is a bright young manager and he needs time, something no one seems to have these days.

We have one of the brightest young managers in the country (a young manager that everyone has been crying out for) and some of you lot want him out after 2 and half months! Its ridiculous, it really really is.

We may not have had the rub of the green with results because of our defending but the turnaround in individual player form (like Polter, Hoilett, Smithies) shows the way we are heading and the manager JFH is, that as well as the signings now being made. It's what we've all cried out for, for years and now its happening people still find a reason to have a moan about something.

It just shows that no matter what the club do and no matter what they try and do to please the fans, with a lot of the dullards that support QPR, its only ever going to be about winning every game - Which is not possible by the way!! Rome wasn't built in a day and this re-building with a young manager, introducing young signings on suitable wages, paying suitable fees for them - Is what we all wanted and what we need!

Have whatever manager you want in but we'll only ever finish mid-table this season and you'll only be crying out for his head after 10 games as well.

JFH has my backing and will always have my backing at this football club... It's about time we stuck with a manager and especially a young one now!
                                completely agree.
