Oh for christ sake. It happened right in front of me. The steward fell over, quite comically I might add, and got a ribbing for it. Once everyone saw he was breathing gas and air on the stretcher the ribbing stopped, because we saw he was actually hurt. People get far too precious over things nowadays.

We hardly raise a song these days, so we're hardly gonna invade the pitch at a corner are we. Stupid rule.

"Willo" on that thread is a precious little pr1ck ain't he.
Was good natured when he slipped , no malice in it. Fingers crossed he is ok. Have to admit when it happened I thought he stayed down in embarrassment (ala Assou Ekotto v Burnley at home)! You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

When he went down, the chanting was on the joking side. There was a chant, he only did it for compensation , that was....amusing. It seems pretty light hearted to me. After a while, (well for me 10 seconds) the focus went back onto the highly exciting game... Which is probably why fans focused on that instead of the game. The amusement started when it took nearly 10 stewards to lift him onto the stretcher...and it took forever.
The stewards who run out in front of R...and a little of S but mainly R block when a corner or throw in takes place, are there for our protection. I asked once and that was the reply i got.
