After it was clear it was serious, this isnt ok. I can understand why people went wahey when they saw him fall live as that is fairly normal. I think it took longer to get him off as he was a big guy to move plus it must have been extremely difficult to move him and make sure they didnt hurt him further. I hope he recovers fully but will require some rather full on physio, some time in a wheelchair sadly I will imagine which I know from experience as a disabled isn't fun.

To be fair I was watching from the Upper Loft and most of the singing i heard from the area was good humoured, the steward initially appeared to be laughing himself until he realised he had hurt himself. A bit OTT to be stating shouldn't call themselves fans, its a football match and you get banter, some tasteless agreed but it was banter.

Pain in the Aris those stewards pointlessly running out for corners & throws, the club should put a stop to it .

I saw on another thread someone saw him at White City an hour after the game and he wasn't too bad.
I saw him go down and he appeared to be laughing so I thought he was ok. I got a bit more worried when he seemed to be down a while but there were a lot taking part in what seemed no more than banter really. The chant about compensation was quite funny I thought.

Was it a new or familiar steward?
Will the club post an update?
Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

Not really sure the word abuse is appropriate. From where I was sitting, it was just your usual banter for when someone falls over nothing maliscious or personal.

                  Hope the fella recovers well.

Was a bit of wayheying etc, nothing malicious. The cheers when the stretcher came were seemingly more aimed at the time it took to get him cleared as opposed to the injury itself. Hope he recovers but I don't think it was malicious or tasteless.

People seen that chelsea video doing the rounds where they smashed up a cafe and bullied the owner, that's aggressive and abuse , not what happened saturday.
