Lets hope fans are patient with him and don't expect him to knock in as many goals as Charlie Austin overnight. He is stepping up a league and the next few months are all about adjusting so he will be firing next season.Comment

Honestly, you have over paid massively. If the 3 million quid report is true, we have the deal of the century.
If you had told me 3 months ago someone has paid a quarter of a million for him, I would have been reasonably happy. Last week, if someone had paid a million for him, I would have been ecstatic. 3 Million is absurd.
He is nowhere near the player CMS, Boyd, Gayle or Assombalonga are (or were). Washington is replaceable. When they all left, they felt absolutely irreplaceable.
Obv just one persons view.
