You lot! Hilarious! You guys are on fire, just like the Roofe was on Thursday night.

I was at that game actually. Not with Les obviously, but with a group of Oxford boys who I've been dragging down to Loftus Road a number of times so kind of felt obliged. But Oxford were decent and I was thinking (in between being mesmerised by the incredible behaviour of the Millwall fans) how we could do with a number of Oxford players. Obviously Roofe is decent. But also their right-back Baldock was pretty amazing for that level of football. Their two central midfielders Lundstram and Sercombe were definitely better than Karl Henry and their two centre backs were pretty decent too. Oh yeah and Callum O'Dowda. Millwall were sh"te!

I'd be guttered if we miss out on him!

Any chance of eaves dropping on the transfer negotiations?

One of my best mates is an Oxford fan so i keep an eye out for what they are up to and have spoken about Roofe a few times this season. They had him on loan last year and signed him on a free in the summer. looks a decent prospect and fantastic attitude apparently. My pal is already resigned to the fact of losing him either now or in the summer and given the size of the club, he reckons a million, maybe 2 would be enough.

This is before their cup runs though so im sure they would have pocketed a few quid from them and looking like a day out at Wembley in the SJP, might be a move in the summer.

from what im told, not quite sure he would cut it at Championship level just yet, but very young and willing to learn so sounds promising. not an out an out striker either, more of a 10 or wide man.
