Really rated Phillips before this season but his form dropped massively with his interest in being in the Championship.

Move him on while we can as he is certainly not irreplaceable.

The thing is with Phillips, he can be so absent, so miles away from the game then do that stupid amazing cross plonked straight on Austin's head and then its amazing Matty Phillips again, when in fact for the larger parts of games he would've been anonymous.

Such a shame he will be gone IMO. But he has been good for us and I for one hopes he gets his consistency and smashes up the Premier League. He can do it.
