We just need to get behind Polter, encourage as much as possible. He played rubbish against Hull but had a moment of inspiration that brought the game around for us, that's exactly what we need. Once JET is back on the scene we'll be in business. They both just need to play more and get back into it.

Something must have changed in training because he always looked out of his depth the few early appearances he was played IMO
More good news though seeing as we lost our main man.I blew a lot on vodka and tonic, gambling and fags. Looking back, I think I overdid it on the tonic. - The one and only Stanley Bowles

Get behind BFG. Mick Leach went from zero to hero years ago when the supporters recognised that he gave everything for the team. He wasn't great, far from it, but like Polter he didn't hide and he always did his best. He turned into a reliable performer, worth his place. The BFG ovation at the end yesterday is probably only going to be something we see away, but it must make him feel good. Hard to gee up players who wander about but BFG works really hard.
