Leaders on the pitch

Seems to me we lack something on the pitch, Some experience who can settle the team. Now old does not mean experienced or a leader.

Seems to me Barton and Hill have this !! But who else?

Faurlin 100%. He is the real force pushing the team when we're on the back foot. Just watching him, you can see him telling everyone where to be, what to do etc.
