Just read there is a petition to get Les out, how very very sad ! What will you all do when Jimmy turns it around, what will you moan about then. Get a grip FFS.

To match our sh1t team, sh1t management set up, sh1t ground and facilities, etc. I happen to think we have an amazing fan base who turn up home and away to watch that absolute sh1t we had to sit through again last night. The fare that has been served up to us fans since our D.O.F took charge is as bad as you could see and change is needed ASAP. We are in freefall and there seems to be no plan at all. No new badge is going to change the performance of the players on and off the pitchComment

It is OK to demand sanity in the dealings of OUR club. There was never any evidence at all that we needed the kind of inflated infrastructure we now have in situ, and even less that Les was going to be a competent DoF. If enough of us consider that to be a problem, we are entitled to protest.
The JFH appointment was tainted by the involvement of Les, plus of course the absence of solid evidence that he (JFH) could succeed at this level. The pleas to allow this partnership more time on the basis that the players are the problem ignores one key point: NW got the same players on the pitch as a functional and committed unit in a very short space of time. Under JFH we have deteriorated to a point where we're a fair bit closer to the bottom than the top. Everyone on here has chosen to believe NW's 'I'm not interested' statement, but that is exactly what he would say if he'd been told that he was surplus to requirements in the medium term. As is always the case with Fernandes era appointments, it was all so predictable.
If you're going to fling that kind of money at a club, you may as well push the boat out a bit and ensure you get a manager with some decent form at this level at the very least. The short list was flawed because no serious guv'nor would have come her to be answerable to Les. If NW really wanted out, it would have been far more sane to put him in charge of finding his own successor than Les.
And it's those who question the running of the club who get slated on here....Comment

The reason that our genial D.O.F gave for replacing Ramsay was because our target had changed from consolidation to now reaching the play offs. So now that the play offs look remote what is the remit for JFH now? The whole process of the appointment was flawed as other managers were available to us without having to pay a team compensation. The club is rotten to the core and under Fernandes it is likely to change as 4.5 years after taking over were are a club with no identity and no connection between players, the board and most importantly the fans.Comment

That's why we're spoilt we have got everything we asked for and we're still not happy. Do you think our owners pander to their customers in other business the way they do to us probably their smallest business with what 20k of us???? The sooner they grow some balls and start ignoring wining fans on Twitter, message boards and fans forums and simply run us as a sensible club/business then this club will start to recover
