jimmy will tell les what position he needs, les and an analist panel will go out and find a selection of players for that position then jimmy will pick one from that selection.
that was made clear by les on one of the youtube questions and answers video.

That's experience for ya. We give the job to two rookies in a row. Hmmm

Not that I want to get involved in threads like this, but I really do take exception when people say "It's not his team". The same thing was said about Ramsey and when he did get the players he wanted he still served up the same shat.
How many times has Pulis walked into a club with a team not of his own making and produced results? Managers manage what they've got and good managers manage well.
One thing I Know for sure, this toxic club of ours is no place for a young, naive, inexperienced, up and coming manager looking to make a name for himself.
This will be Jimmy Bottlebank's undoing.

I also believe we should give him more time but he needs to be brave and pick players who want to work
and earn their corn.
Although difficult we need major surgery Green needs to be dropped and Smithies given a run of games,if someone
comes in for Green very unlikely let him go,Fer needs to go,Sandro needs to go cant play more than two games and when he does
rarely lasts 90 mins.
Charlie I would like him to stay but if the money was right and Charlie wants the move to try and enhance his
England chances for euro 2016 so be it.
Phillips whilst promising a lot rarely delivers and maybe has his mind elsewhere,so again right offer let him go.
Hoilet suddenly coming back to life is this because he is motivated for the team or because his contract runs out
in the summer you make your own minds up.
With the money received for these go and get some players with the right attitude, mentality and application.
Whether the present regime are capable of this I don't know but past decisions do not bode well.
Also bring back Harriman from Wycombe

Too many QPR fans feel we have this devine right to be in the Premiership. We are not prepared to build a solid foundation and want to change managers after 6 games even though he has inherited all the players. Holloway keeps on saying this on Sky and is absolutely right.
We were lucky to beat Reading under Warnock and Leeds were garbage. JFH been #### in all 6 games? Don't make me laugh! Our best performance this season was v a confident Brighton. Everyone conveniently forgets that. We have been decent in the first 4 games although the last 2 have been pure dire.
If we keep changing managers every 6 months we will never build a solid team but put pressure on the Management to keep trying to buy instant success which is a recipe for disaster.
