Thought the players looked absolutely shot from kick off for the whole 90mins yesterday. The high tempo pressing we saw against Burnley and Brighton was not there
We all know we have been unfit this season and players have spoke of sessions being really tough since JFH arrived!!! Perhaps it's now hit the legs of the players hence yesterday's lacklustre effort.
Seems and sounds a little bit like we are doing mini pre season half way through the season. Not blaming JFH for this as its not his fault and our fitness levels did need addressing but perhaps it's caught up with players coinciding with it taking place at busiest period of the season
