When we lost Perch injured Warnock put Henry at RB and left Onuoha in the centre as we did not concede goals like we are now when he was paired with Hall, once we have a full back Henry should be dropped to the bench we have better midfield players than Henry, JFH probably should have done the same, since Onuoha has been taken out the middle we are conceding goals, Polter is totally useless probably should have Jet, I feel that until LF is f*cked off out of the club we are going to have problems with managers not getting the side going in the right direction, the only person who probably ignored LF is Warnock and done it his way, I'm sure LF did not want Warnock anywhere near the club because Warnock was a threat to him, but having said that I think JFH can do a good job for us providing he gets no interference from above.

I think you are just ranting no.1. Take a step back and give JFH a chance. You cannot judge a manager on 4 games only.

The OP is just stupid.

I had my reservations about JFH because of not managing at this level but mainly because of the effect Warnock had on the team. Warnock seemed to had galvanised the players and also found a way to keep us from conceding.

Lets remeber the players are on their 3rd manager of the season and JFH is now trying to impose a new playing style on them. My issue with this is I dont think we have the players to play the way JFH wants to or they certainly are not fit enough.

Warnock played to our strengths and under warnock we would of made a push for the playoffs. JFH is rebuilding the philosophy of the whole team and to implement that it will take time as hes not playing to the squads strengths right now but planning for the future.

I dont mind this but its slowly dawned on me that we will not be making the playoffs this year. The only other criticism I do have right now is the omission of chery and JEt who are our 2nd and 3rd highest goal scorers of the season behind charlie and especially as Fer keeps under performing. Plus Luongo who I thought was quality beginning of season.
