Hello everyone, I've been lurking this forum for a few years now, forgot my password ages ago and never bothered to try and reset it until now!
I posted about this on Reddit and figured you guys would be interested in seeing some of the responses from fan's of other teams.
And I might as well post what I said on that site here -
All 4 options are pretty uninspiring to be honest; they look virtually the same to me. This was a chance for the club to create a crest that represents QPR by more than just it's initials but it seems like they decided to take the nostalgia route to appease older fans. Maybe its because I'm a fairly new fan of the club; I started following QPR (and football) around the time the crest was last changed; so I don't have that nostalgia factor going for me with the past crests. Our current one definitely isn't great, but I would much rather keep it for now than settle for the options the club has offered.
The last 2 designs (Option 3 & 4) were designed by fans, and I was hoping to see more fan designs in the running. I forget exactly which QPR message board I first saw this design on, but I absolutely love it! It's a shame it wasn't considered for the final cut. http://media.wix.com/ugd/833eff_deae...b97c987f85.pdf

What`s with the pumpkin on 4?
If you put a scroll underneath 2 i`d be happy, oh wait didn`t we already have an ace badge theat looked exactly like that???
All 4 remind me of Pro Evo badges from when they`re not allowed to use the official club badge.

Looking at the Pro Evo badge for QPR, or 'North West London' as it's referred to in-game, I would actually prefer that one over most of the options we've been given lol. Replace NWL with QPR like it is in Option 2 and you have yourself a winner.

I absolutely love this one on that website and like the way it changes to accommodate the colour of the kit. Rangers board sit up and take notice.
