Agreed. And I should be travelling the world making cover photos for National Geographic. Life is so unfair sometimes.
Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

How and why did I start supporting QPR in Estonia:

Only QPR fans could start polls and threads on when the new Manager will be sacked or how long we dein to give him just minutes after he is officially announced. Talk about glass half empty!

We just don't know what NW did or didn't want - conflicting things have emerged.

But he has done a brilliant job imo and is proven at this level. My guess he would have stayed to the end of term. The powers that be decided he was surplus to requirements. Problem is, their requirements change every three weeks or so.

Indeed - the problem with neil is he says one thing one day and then another the next depending on who he is talking too..he went from i am only helping out part time to sound surprised that reading was his last game. i think he would have stayed ti the end of the season but we were in danger of missing out..fulham and now reading what could be thought of as similar clubs in size to us are looking for managers ..blackburn already got lambert so i think the club had to act when it did.

I think that JFH was the best of the external contenders. However NW was my number 1 pick, and I was hoping that somehow he would stay to the end of the season, and if we got promoted, he would stick around for one year in the premiership.

I am giving JFH until New Years Day, if he hasn't won once by then, then the knives will be out, but as long as he is doing ok then I will be happy to support him until the end of the season

sure - but one option was to confrim NW in situ until the end of term. He had turned the boat around in a very short space of time.

true it was and i think most of us would have been happy with that scenario too but Neil is not long term he said so himself ..so would it not just be kicking the can further down the road..if by some miracle he had got us up via the play offs the club would be duty bound to give him another crack at the prem...he has a poor premiership track record..so would we then just be repeating the cyle and the same mistakes as before.

as much as i like him , his passion for the club etc etc...this has to be the right move long term..but we need to back the new manager and not turn on him when things don't go our way as seems to be what has happened of late....

Does the fact he said numerous times he did not want the job proper not make any bit of difference?
Or we just supposed to ignore that and all believe he was lying.

                        He was just playing coy.

But maybe that backfired because we took it at face-value...

The 64,000 dollar question is: has this backfired on him or on the club?

But it's a moot question Kirill, as we'll never know. So just stop worrying about it and look forwards

Was going to post exactly this myself. Why on earth would we want a bloke that is 67, doesn't want the job and although much loved by us, would need to be replaced if we were to go up due to his less than average record in the top division?
I cannot think of a more ridiculous way to plan for the future of the club, yet several people seem happy to suggest it and will no doubt be the first to heap more unwarranted criticism on the board, should things not immediately turn to gold.

In fact, I'm getting so fed up with the constant trolling by some, that I wonder why they bother coming on here. Yes, the owners have made mistakes, big ones. So have several managers. So have several players. Not sure how incessantly banging on about the same thing is going to be in any way productive.

As for JFH, how people cannot be excited about potentially the best managerial appointment of ours this century, is simply staggering.
