Massive talent, but unfortunately a tiny brain.
The guy literally had the world at his feet because of that season, he was superb! Utterly superb. (As was clean sheet Paddy Kenny before anyone says etc etc)

BUT... the geezer has himself to blame. Hi's attitude is linked to a whole load of issues and reasons why he cant even take corner for Benfica B.

His attitude meant he caused friction within the squad.
His attitude reflected in his training, making managers have to drop him.
His attitude made him throw tantrums on the pitch which as a whole affected his performances.
His attitude meant he didnt he Prem upside down and fans begin to lose faith.

I could go on but in a nutshell the geezer had it all going for him, he was becoming a legend at the club and threw it all away. Wrong paths and maybe some bad advice from agents, but you make your own luck and decisions in life and THAT is his own fault.

Wouldnt have him back anymore, we've moved on as has he. That and he jumped ship to play for Fulham for #### sake.

fantastic (and accurate) headline though... "Adel Taarabt reminds everyone why QPR released him with dreadful corner for Benfica Reserves"

Blimey...what a goal! Granted it's Benfica reserves but just proves he still posseses extraordinary talent when he can be arsed.
