Love Neil but we can't keep playing like that, we need new ideas and vigour.

I for one am also gutted NW is going,,,I think he has done a great job,,, main priority was to tighten up the defence - job done,,,
The scoring bit will then follow when you have a strong platform at the back to build from,,,
NW knows the championship inside out ,,, let's hope JFH can quickly adapt ,,

Should have stayed to the end of the season, he knew we had nothing up front, and needed us to shore things up and get the problem sorted in January, so it was always going to be a bit of a battle, the other concern the club need to keep him on in some sort of role, it seems that TF wants Ramsey back as JFH's assistant he has to be f*cking joking knowing some of the players did not see eye to eye with him, and the guy did not have a clue, just shows that TF is very nieve about football.

Stepping right in it again?
Do we have to get JFH in now? I don't think so. To paraphrase a saying, a Neil in the hand is worth a fancier manager in the Bush.
Now maybe Neil did not initially feel up to it on a permnanent basis and I don't blame him, for a number of reasons. But after a few matches with a marked improvement, who's to say he would not have accepted an offer to stay at least until the end of the season - if the offer was serious, with the owners publicly quashing all rumours about talking to other prospective managers. I seriously think he would have accepted. We have been on to a good thing with Neil's second coming, and now it is about to end. Hand on heart, we don't know if JFH will be good for us or not, we are just hoping he would be. But Neil is good for us, that is plainly evident right now.
This is not aimed at the current regime. For instance, I recall Mick Harford stepping in years ago after the sacking of John Gregory and the team really playing for him - but no, he had to go, because he was "caretaker" and we had someone "proper" lined up to take over. I don't even remember who that "proper" manager was now, but I do remember how good it felt with Mick Harford in charge. We are doing it again now, we don't really have to do it IMHO. Will we ever learn?
EDIT: For the doubters, here is a telling quote by Warnock from last night:
"It's been a difficult 24 hours as I didn't expect it to be my last game."Last edited by Kirill; 04-12-2015, 09:54 AM.Banning people is no longer my hobby,
