FB does not pay the players wages, the club does and any shortfall in the wages or any other part of running the club is either made up by directors or bank loans or paid for out of the directors own pockets and i am unaware FB is paying out of his own pocket without wanting it back.

Any debts incurred by the club are the clubs debts and not FBs.

Unless you are Chris Wright then any profit accrued by the Club is Chris Wright's and any debt is the clubs

I think Pete is 50% correct though. The revenue streams from gate receipts, sponsorship, retail, commercial and other bits and bobs, doesn't cover the wage bill and general running costs on a month by month basis. The shortfall is made up by the Directors. Whether this is as a loan or an investment is a moot point.
