what exactly is that supposed to mean??

For a board that supposed to have an agenda, here we have Scott saying he wants rid and me saying, some are ungrateful and he should NOT be kicked out??

I think it would be scandalous if he was kicked out of qpr completely, with an appeal pending at FIA and only been found guitly by a F1 panel where one of them likes dressing up as a woman and likes being whipped butt naked

I've picked up on this quote but the same argument has come from a few people: it's acceptable what Flavio did because others do the same or worse.

What kind of bizarre argument is that?

"Yes, Your Honour, I know my client burgled this house but there was no-one home at the time and he only took £500 worth of stuff. So there was no danger to the householders and other people (would) have stolen much more."

If what Flavio did was wrong, then it was wrong - no matter what other people do.

It means... wait and see what happens.

Hypothetical scenarios driven by personal opinions, and dressed up as facts.
Add a pinch of scaremongering... and you have the same old points being made over and over.

Wait and see, then there might be something worth saying, that hasn't been said already 1000 times.

You obviously don't know Motor racing and what in particular Schmacher got away with.

Piquet was never in any danger, if he was then what idiot does it?

David I think what Pete is trying to say is that F1 has been riddled of cheating and lies. The way Pete and I both see it, is that because Flavio is not a liked man they will make him the scapegoat. It is all about if the face fits. Shumacher was liked so when he drove Damon Hill off the track he got away with it. Both are deemed as putting a driver at risk but I think shumachers move was more dangerous.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

I am thankful for his contribution to QPR i.e. bringing in Ecclestone, Mittal and the sponsorship deals and only want him to go if someone like the Mittals are going to replace him.

I think there is a good chance that they will not (apart from Bhatia, they have not shown much interest in the club so far) and QPR will be looking for new owners and investors again.

That is my main concern because too many players at QPR have lucaritve, long term contracts.
the person that gave out these long term lucrative contracts, was?!.

Piquet never in Danger? What about the rest of the drivers.Remember the fluke incident that put massa out recently - same could have happened when Piquet crashed.

If he was told to do that , then the people concerned should not be able to compete in that sport or any other.

If the football league deem that Flavio is not an acceptable person to be in football - then he should go.If they reckon he is ok - then it's down to the moral high or low grounds supporters feel.

Motor racing a crooked sport? Tell me one that isnt !

"Flavio, do you have anything to say in your defence??"

"Well, that Schumacher cheated too, I was his manager then, and we got away with it, it's just not flippin fair!"

"Oh, right. We'll let you off then. Sorry about all the fuss... off you pop. U Rrrrrs."

                        Spencer,

That last Singapore pre-race trial, a driver smashed his car in the same place. Mosley who was instrumental in the banning of Briatore doesn't like him and Flavio resigned before it went to the FIA panel. Mosley, said he couldn't remember the name of witness x for example

I'd expect some kind of club statement today and I'm hoping that Flavio stays at the club, but with Mittals and bernie taking a larger percentage. We shall see, what unfolds soon

well if he is allowed to stay with a 30% share or less it seems there cd be a fairly simple re-adjustment, surely?

                              very true.

All this, europhria of wanting the Mittals in.

Well, they fail to reconise that because of Flavio they are here.

                                Thanks for a decent reply.

I think the difference is that Flavio (apparently) ordered his driver to crash. There is no proof that Schumi wanted to do it. Yes, I have seen the crash, but it comes down to proof. Show me someone who has said, "Yes. Schumi told me he was going to do this."

Pete - Piquet may or may not have been in danger but who was to know what the consequences of his crash might have been? A wheel could have come off and gone God-knows-where for instance.

Lastly, even if it is true that Flavio's face doesn't fit in F1 - then that still doesn't make what he did right.
