I would take him,but why would he come here? He must love challenges, because that's what it is for sure. It can't be about money, because i doubt we will pay him same or more what he got from Liverpool. He don't have free hands, cause he have to work with DoF, so i really can't see a rerason why he would come here.

Cannot understand all the fuss about B.R. joining us. Managers coming from big clubs will just use our type as a step to get back to business. First call from a bigger club and his off like a flash! And there's no guarantee he will succeed either. Mark Hughes managed Man City before joining us and we all know the outcome. The same can be said of H.Redknapp! We need an up and coming manager and give him time. Means also that we have to get rid of some of our established players so that we will hold our expectations grounded. The likes of Luongo, Cherry, Jet, Doughty and Hall should be the basics of what we will built on. In a way, I kind to disagree with CR sacking. But we made another mistake....because of the established players staying on, we changed our targets to promotion. If its achieved, which I have big doubts, I think we're back to where it all started!

Got very mixed feelings abut Rodgers - if it is going to be him. my Liverpool supporting mates couldn't wait to get rid of him, and watching his strange and endless tactical alterations this season did not fill me with confidence. Clearly he's a talented man, but are his ideas just a bit too high-brow and theoretical, when we also need a large pinch of old-fashioned blood and guts management, and some steely pragmatism. Seeing Curbs mentioned at Fulham in relation to Pearson taking up the role there made me think he'd be more of the kind of manager I'd like at QPR. I'm just not sure I can see Rodgers fitting in to our mad structure... I think it needs the level headed thinking of someone like Curbishley to really get to grips with this club and put it back on course...Last edited by Hubble; 18-11-2015, 08:45 PM.
