          I think Tony likes him
I blew a lot on vodka and tonic, gambling and fags. Looking back, I think I overdid it on the tonic. - The one and only Stanley Bowles

Not at all. The blokes shown the balls to get rid of his mate and he's done it early doors.

Ferdinand has done a lot of good since taking over too. Ramsey was a punt that went wrong. The next couple of weeks will show ferdinand in his true light though as this appointment is very important.

But I hope he stays and I think he's good for the club.

He is Director of Football. All that has happened is a coaching appointment hasn't worked out. Why would that impact on his position? Get the new coach/manager in and move on.

Think people need to understand the distinction between the role of DoF and coach/manager. The failure of one does not necessarily mean the failure of the other.

So TF gets the blame for putting the "####" managers like Ramsey in place, then it is all down to Les to find the next one and I guess if that doesn't work then TF is #### again.

It's like a rollercoaster of blaming one person all the time without anyone actually knowing the recruitment process. I know Les wasn't in place for Hughes and Harry but some blaming solely Les and others solely TF for Ramsey just shows most people don't actually know what's going on.

                    Who appointed Ramsey ?

Depends who the next manager/coach is. Will a 'manager' want to work under a DOF?

Assuming Warnock does want this arrangement?

Warnock would work with the Yorkshire ripper to have his job back at rangers.

because the so called DOF brought Ramsey in on a 3 year contract, when it was his remit to bring in the manager. also will find it hard to find managers who like to work under a very inexperienced so called DOF
