We have to back the Manager. He will turn things around.

Stage two. Anger
What is he doing with all these weird substitutions? Does he know what he is doing? Does he have a plan A?

Stage three. Bargaining
We managed to keep our best players but he needs help to motivate them.

Stage four. Depression
Win, lose or draw. Promotion or consolidation. The football has been dire.

Stage Five. Acceptance
He has to go asap. We don't have the time or amount of games for CR to learn the ropes of managing a football team.
