100 percent the key to everything we need to be done. At this level, you cannot buy possession unless you buy old or very very young. And by this level I mean anything outside top 10 prem."What stats allow you to do is not take things at face value. 4-3-3 and 4-5-1 are interchangeable...... your switch from one to the other when the ball is lost.
Management and playing staff of a champ side with EPL aspirations should be able to cope with a variety of basic tactical ploys, but formation is not the problem. The problem is that too many of our opponents want it more. If that situation is allowed to continue, we are going to struggle.
I'm sure CR is a lovely guy, but at the end of the day there is very little evidence he is up to the task of either motivating our lot or organising them. He has no experience of management at this level, so the blame lies with those crazy enough to appoint him. Either way, keeping him at the helm may not be doing him any favours and isn't helping our club.

The system or the players that stayed are not to blame for the substitutions or game management that we have been witnessing. It is not to blame for Full backs not stopping crosses or captain's or are asleep while on the field of play. Yes the players that stayed against the odds changed how he may want to have played but where is his plan b? The fixture list was kind to him but the next 5-6 games are not so generous. A change needs to be made now or we could find ourselves in a very sticky situation off the field. The previous owners had a plan and even though it was carnage at times they got there, What do we have for the current owners reign 200 million debt #### football and no identity at all.

Think CR has been unlucky on that we weren't expecting to keep the high profile players and when we did it put him under a lot of pressure and expectation. Unfortunately this has left him confused as what to do systems wise and this confusion has transmitted to the players too.

QPR have, over the last 9 months, invested a hell of a lot of time and money in the infrastructure of the club, based on a LF, CR vision, hired completely new coaches, scouts, etc.
We have also attempted to implement a new system of play right throughout the club, from juniors to first team, if we let CR and LF go, the club loses direction again, maybe losing CR and LF being the perm: fixture is the answer?
I feel sorry for CR, his brief was, rebuild, all the big earners will be gone, clean sheet, young players, happy days!
Green, Caulker, Sandro, Fer, Phillips Hoillet and Austin all stayed, lol, you couldn't make it up.
Sandro always injured, Caulker got a loan, Austin and Phillips are NOT suited to the system he is trying to implement, what a situation.
If I where CR and LF, I would have the first team playing one way, and the rest of the club playing another, with the players currently at our disposal,he has to change the formation, Phillips is anonymous in most games, Austin is running his heart out, but in the wrong areas, it's because these guys are only capable of playing in 4-4-2 or 4-5-1 systems.
Mass, Gladwin, JET, Doughty and Chery can play the system CR wants but can't get game time because of them guys staying, Jet only playing because of Austin's injury and Chery looks terrible because he should be playing the 10 role, Mas is a box to box midfielder but playing wide left.
Austin coming out and saying he wants to stay is the last thing CR wants to hear.
I think he has to react to his current situation and have the first team playing completely differently to the rest of the club, evolution, slowly, slowly, these big earners are not running away from the big contracts they are on, it has F... A.. to do with love for the club or owing the club, it's about money.
The system doesn't work with the current personnel, he has to change to accommodate his current squad, he might be one of these guys that might see it as going against his playing principles, but needs must, a great reacts to current circumstances.
Change the system and use the tools at your disposal!!!C'Mon You Supaaaa!!

So Chris Ramsey was given a vision by Daddy that he would not be good enough to strive for the school first team. Instead he should endeavour for a place in the B team, perhaps a place on the subs bench in friendlies, all because Daddy saw little Chris play against the big boys and get hurt. He didn't want him to be let down again. Don't aim high son.
Well, after afew months of contemplation, little Chris found he had, within him, the key to being a contender all along! He had the skills, the confidence, the minerals to show those big kids that he belonged alongside them.
But, upon taking to the pitch, little Chris was just too ####ing scared to change.

If the old players don't suit drop them, same goes for the new ones. There is no need to feel sorry for them.

I feel for CR. Really wanted it to work but it's just not happened. For whatever reason (you can debate reasons why until the cows come home) it just hasn't worked for him, maybe he just isn't cut out for management. Whatever the reason, he has got to go sooner rather than later as it is only going to get worse & the fans objection to him being at the helm will become louder & louder and it won't be long until the atmosphere at games becomes toxic. You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.
