I think the owner/board done us proud by retaining Charlie, Leroy, Matty and Greeno...... I thought they were all offski back in Summer. Broadly, our players just don't look "at it" and I'd lay the blames for that as 50% with players and 50% manager/coaches.

For me it's Fernandes, his indecision has cost us big time. He didn't act quickly when Redknapp should have been sacked and let Pulis and then Clement slip through his fingers. He went for the easy option of hiring a youth team coach. He threw his lot in with the Mark Hughes/Mike Rigg combo and he has done it again with the ex Tottenham mafia. The only real decision he made was to sack Warnock, the man that got us to the Premier league in the first place.

Tell you what a mess is back to back relegation and administration, that could be described as a mess, at the moment we are in transition that's the way i see it, trying to bed in a new team in a very difficult league, staying in this league without any dramas and pushing for promotion next season is not a mess in my eyes.

Everything is the result of history. Fernandes vowed not to be like Briatore and sack someone every two minutes. Arguably he has been too loyal. In retrospect his reign looks a complete shambles, though at the time both the Hughes and Redknapp appointments were hugely popular on here.

Nice guy Tony has to be held responsible, remember chatting with him at the Manure game back in 2011, he said the club was safe in his hands and he wouldn't let the fans down. Sadly he has let us down many times, I'm sure he means what he says but he is being badly advised or is just plain naive
