Thats the sad truth of it mate. Im at the point where I don't think Ramsey is the right man for the job and should move on, but I will always give him credit if he's due it.

    • Ramsey's made some bad calls but this is becoming a bit of a witch hunt, it's like calling for the manager's head has become a habit for some fans.

Ramsey shouldn't be manager but firstly Les can't be DOF. Most half decent managers will not want to work under him considering the whole setup is a shambles and he's done nothing aside from being a good player for us decades ago to warrant his position. Either way a solution seems far away right now./

But you're misunderstanding my point (whether wilfully, I don't know). The defence is still a mess. We were VERY lucky to keep a clean sheet. This is NOT some kind of new dawn. All the issues that have been plaguing the defence are still there. That is my point FFS.
I think more importantly it shows stats aren't the be all and end all. Football is played by humans
who have emotions, one of which is confidence. Dodgy clean sheet or not, we got one, it will help.
It could be a new dawn, if they start getting an understanding together

Should let the air get to it. Keeping the plaster on would take the cut longer to heal. Just saying

            • When Forresteri slipped in the first half when he seemed certain to score, I turned to my mates and said perhaps our luck changed on that incident. Then when Hill somehow managed to stay on the pitch they turned round and said you could be right :-) Perhaps that 0-0 will be the start of something new but Ramsey is fast running out of time because another slip up on Saturday and the pressure will be immense.

Its more likely to get infected in open air. Get some Iodine solution on that wound

Just going to say that Clint won the ball on that challenge. It was an incredible recovery. Blokes injury came from taking a dive to try and get him sent off.

                      • Seriously, watch the clip here from about 1.14 minutes at 0.25 speed and 1080p. He actually manages to win the ball. Right after Sougou touches the ball, Clint manages to just touch it wide. How the ref saw it I'll never know but at that speed, he definitely gets it:

You really must not be seeing it. I can 100% guarantee he touched the ball.
