I am a backer, but only as far as he is able to hit the target for this half season: As I have said earlier, then with the squad we have I expect us to finish in top 6 at least. Going by the last many seasons then we will need around 70 odd points to be thereabouts come the end of the season and 79 to be "certain". This means that a minimum of 39 after 23 games is required to be on target for the half-season, which means that we need 24 points in the next 12 games. That is still possible, but my support for Ramsey ends if/when the target of 39 points for the half-season is no longer attainable. Until then he has my full support.

1) Birmingham away is going to be one of the toughest fixtures for any side this season. No embarrassment in losing there.
2) The Penalty was a ridiculous decision. Only caught a brief replay of it, but at the game seemed extremely soft.
3) Dont think any of the "Ramsey backers" have said the bloke is a top manager. More the fact the he should be given time. Think even the most ardent ramsey out fans would agree that there was not much he could do about the mess he inherited in the prem and is harsh to judge him on that. I am judging him on this season alone and the players bought in and those who left, financially and football terms was great business. Dont think you can judge the bloke on less than a dozen games.
4) chopping and changing managers has rarely worked for us in the past. There was a time everyone was calling for Warnocks head "he is out of his depth" being a common phrase.
5) The players - come need to look at themselves as they are playing no where near to their potential. I'l pick two out - Phillips - strange one as it would seem Ramsey was the manager who bought the best out of him before. Dont seem interested at all. Could be down to not getting his prem move. Chery - been magic at times for us. But very inconsistent. drifts in and out of games. Has clear quality, but needs to do it more than he is at the moment.
6) I prefer to support the club. Dont think its just Rangers, but we do have a large number of supporters who prefer to moan than actually support.Top Scorers 2018/2019

when Ramsey took over he had enough games left to get us out of trouble, but he got games tactically wrong and some of his team selections were unbeleivable,
I'm sorry and the team hasn't improved this season under him some of his team selections and substitutions are bewildering

CR seems like a decent bloke, but his tactical smarts, team selections, and command of this squad are all MIA so far. My question is this: is it more important to support the interests of an individual or the team? Can you properly defend proposition that CR is a better coach than Warnock? Why not roll Warnock in as the manager, CR as his top assistant, and play to both of their strengths? Love QPR, but we have not played consistently good ball for a number of seasons now, despite high priced talent. Keep trying things til we get it right, and we develop an attitude and a style of play any player would relish and give his all to.
