Yes in my opinion, and in my opinion, a lot of people on here talk Bo11ox so how do we know who is right? The truth is that we don't. And we never will because only one outcome is possible. We'll never be able to know if persevering works out if we opt to cut now and we'll never know if we could find someone better if we opt to stick with CR. At the end of the day, only one thing can happen and as it stands, what is the point in looking at switching when we are built to stick?

Because things take time. The formation is the right one to go with in my opinion and I will stick by that, just as Cruyff did way back when and I'm sure just as CR will now. 433/4231 is the only formation where every single zone on the pitch can be covered at all times. Players will learn how to make triangles and pass with time. Rome wasn't built in a day and our club won't be rebuilt in a quarter of a season.

Better if the rebuilding job doesn't end up starting with another relegation. We have players but we don't have a team and that was painfully obvious at St Andrews. No reason this lot can't climb the table with a manager who knows how to organise a team. Ramsey may be a good coach, I've no idea as I only see the players on match days, but they don't improve and there is no organisation.

So you actually think we will could get relegated? Blimey if I've ever seen overreaction, its on WATRB's.

OK serious question and not looking for a row but how many games are you actually getting to and seeing with your own eyes?? I only ask as you seem more then content and comfortable with what is occurring and confident the tide will turn

Where as I have been less then impressed and had concerns from first game of season and even concerned when reflecting on games we have won. What are you witnessing that me and others are not???

I wanted Ramsey to do well, thought being an new up and coming manager with new views would get this team of players ticking.

My main problem with CR is that he only seems to know one formation, I don't think he puts out the best 11 and leaking us far too many goals.

I'd give CR only 3 to 4 more games with NW, Neil is also not the answer for manager.

Nass any team who doesn't perform can easily get sucked into a relegation battle. That was why I wondered how long you'd give him.

Agree with myu above, apart from last sentence

Rather than CR I would even consider NW and Clint given a go

I'm one of these I'm afraid.

I like Chris Ramsey and wanted to see him be given a fair crack but to be honest, it's not working and we need to do something now to salvage our season. Give Warnock the reigns for the rest of the season, keep Ramsey on in a coaching capacity and take 6 months to identify the right manager to take us forward!

And you think a team that creates FA, has a dodgy defence and at best an inconsistent keeper will be safe in probably the most competitive division there is? What do you watch? Supporting a club is one thing - and I've been here through worse - but you really need to put the rose tinted specs away and get real mate.

Think i stated earlier or in another post that send him back to the academy doing what he's good at, he's not up to running the 1st team, his record is poor and should be sacked as 1st team coach he is clueless at this level, as for a certain poster on here he's either CR or the DOF or he doesn't attend any matches and sees what most of us see that this guy is way out of his depth and the DOF has to take some of the blame,

The jury's out. He's had enough games and it won't be getting any better IMO...

Send him back to the academy role or joint assistant to NW with Clint.
