SO you are including JET as a midfielder to prove your point and yet he has yet to play in midfield for us at any point. He is a striker who is capable of playing a wide role. Not a midfielder. He signed Gladwin, Chery, Luongo, Toszer, gobern (who's already left). Gladwin shouldn't be considered a central midfielder (at least a deep one) from what I have seen of him, Chery is an attacking midfielder who has been playing well, Luongo has had one game off due to fatigue from internationals clearly having an effect on his performances but has been playing well in general, Toszer has come in because we can't guarantee Faurlin starting all the time. The remaining players possible to play central midfield are Fer, who we know is better further up the pitch, Sandro who has only just come back from injury and looked rock solid even below full fitness when he came on and Doughty, who cannot pass for toffee. Most people won't believe that but in his one start and 4 substitute appearances, he has an embarrassing 54.1% pass accuracy (and in that one game he started, he had a 56% accuracy). As good as he is at winning the ball, he needs to improve on passing before he gets a chance again. All that is left is Diakite and clearly he isn't ready if the management believes that to be the case, and Henry, who has been playing unfortunately. When you really think about it, we don't have the options we think we do.

Sandro has to get 100% and play. Then all our defensive midfield problems will miraculously disappear.

Obviously not the one that Fulham walked through for 90 minutes though....

I'm talking about the Luongo chance against fulham early on, the first chery goal against Rotherham, numerous austin goals. I envisage that is the sort of football ramsey wants to see more consistently. I don't think his philosophy is what we are seeing but we don't have the personnel in deep midfield to supply simple balls forward to the attacking players and what we end up with is long balls that evade the average midfielders and lead to easy interceptions for the opposition. Once we get someone in better than King Karl and To$$er, we'll see a defence more confident in playing short passes forward.
He may want to play a pleasing passing game, but the facts are that defensively his teams have been atrocious.
He cannot coach a team to defend and this has already cost QPR both last season and a number of points this season.

Once QPR have played against the better sides in this division i.e. Middlesborough Derby Brighton Reading we are likely to see QPR out of contention for automatic promotion and dreaming of still making the play offs.

We can only hope that Sandro and Fer will be fully fit and starring in QPR' s midfield to add better protection to the defence.

Fer isn't the defensive player we think he should be, making him that would limit his attacking. I'd rather see Sandro with Faurlin or Luongo doing the defensive job and leaving the others to attack. I wouldn't blame Ramsey for the defending, you can't coach errors.

Cant believe some people moaning that we became more defensive when we got the lead......How on earth can you slate the bloke for trying to defend a lead. We concede.....It happens! fortunately we had the quality to pick ourselves back up and go get the winner.

In some peoples minds he was never going to please. If we don't walk the league, the bloke is a joke, if we did walk the league, then he has achieved nothing as we have "the best squad" apparently.

We signed a few league 1 players, a few players from lesser leagues around the world and got rid of a few "premiership players" players from last year. Lets face it, it was asking a lot for Austin to go the whole season without injury, yet some people believed we would not score again until he returned - Got four without him.

Stop farking moaning, honestly don't know why some people follow football, they seem completely miserable about it 100% of the time.

Exactly this, bear in mind that Sandro came on before their 3rd was scored to shore up the team. Every single person in that ground would have made the same substitution.

Everything else you say is absolutely right as well.

JET was playing in the Chery role I believe at Bristol City last season, thats his natural position. Hes even listed as a midfielder on the QPR website.

He has signed Gladwin, Chery, Jet, Gladwin, Luango, Toszer, Gobern, Mackie who play in midfield.

He has Henry, Luango, Toszer, Faurlin, Fer, Doughty, Sandro, Diakite who can play in the deep lying position...and you are banging on about he doesnt have the personnel!!Theres plenty of options there.

Ramsey picks the team and sets the tactics, im not seeing anything from him that makes me think hes the man to take us forward in the long run.

                      Best squad in the league:

Can you tell me on paper a better goalkeeper than Rob Green, a better midfielder than Leroy Fer or even Sandro, a better striker than Charlie Austin?

Most fans just want to see good football played by QPR, I dont care if we go up or not, I just want to enjoy the way we play football. I would love us to see us implement a style of football like Swansea, southampton. In the time he has been at QPR Ramsey hasnt convinced me that he knows what hes doing

Henry, Toszer, and Doughty have been poor, think we all expected better.

Faurlin is now facing criticism from some on here and the fact is he wont be able to play every game.

Fer is best played further up the pitch

Sandro, hasnt made a start yet as not deemed fit enough

Diakite - can only assume not ready for first team football or would have at least made the bench.

So you saying he has all these players to choose from doesn't exactly tell the whole story.

Even if lets say he played the Chery role, which has been wide left for us (if you are talking about number 10 behind the striker, I wouldn't class that as the sort of midfielder we are talking about in this case. We are talking about central, defensive-ish midfielder. Saying mackie, Chery, JET and Gladwin are good enough for that role to be considered signings of that sort is ludicrous to begin with. You have named in that list of personnel exactly who I expected you to assuming you didn't read everything I said. He's actually regularly using Henry, Toszer and Faurlin in the deep role. Doughty isn't good enough yet at passing to be in that role, Fer is limited playing that role, Luongo needed a rest last weekend as I said, diakite hasn't been played for whatever reason but we all must be aware that something is wrong there, Sandro is just returning from HIS preseason. We all know about Henry and Toszer playing together but as I have said, when you really look at it, he has been limited to playing them, especially with the fact that faurlin is on and off.

It does tell all the story, all those players were fit and available for selection. Our last game was 6 days ago, so the team would have had more rest than Bolton.

He doesnt have to play 2 in a deep lying position, nor does he have to choose toszer and henry, yet this is what he chose to do. At the end of the day we got the result and it worked for him on Saturday, I am still not seeing anything to make me think hes anything other than a Steve Kean
