So if we are deluded to think just cos Charlie, Matty , Fer and Sandro stayed that we should go straight back up, then how we supposed to do it next season without them?
If the manager cant do it with around fifty millions worth of players in his squad, what chance has he got without? Cos no matter how you dress it up Mr Ferdinand, thats how clubs like Chelsea and City turned into world beaters and winning everything, cos they spent big on players not cos they consilidated with a rookie manager whos a youth team coach and encouraged their youth players.
Sounds very much like he's saying we should not expect promotion cos the man he has put in charge is not up for the job.

Yeah but they succeeded due to their spending, surely our amounts spent and where we started from should of been able to keep us in the bottom half of the premiership or at the least get us out of it this season again.
Whatever way you look at it there has been massive amounts of under achieving going on since we became a 'rich club', and the money spent over the years has turned our fans 'deluded' (copyright Les) and expecting a lot more than being three points off third place after eight games,

Fer went missing in loads of games and generally lacks desire

As for Sandro did he actually manage 90 mins for us and when he did drag himself off the treatment table he was awful and well off the pace

Both are on way too much money so be good to get them off the wage bill in January if we can IMO

Ramsey has so much talent at his disposal in Austin Fer Phillips Sandro and the likes of Onuoha Green Lunogo Angella even Toszer (the latter were regulars in Watfords promotion winning team), yet we are being told to expect consolidation this season.
So what happens when the first 4 leave for a fraction of their worth free in Austins case.
With Ramsey in charge we should expect relegation next season.

He wont do that because the real reason Ramsey got the job is because they are friends. No one will ever convince me he is in the job based on his CV, experience, achievements or ability.

We have under achieved since the money because we threw money at players who only came here for the money and once they have got to a certain level they go missing when the going gets tough , there is no ethos of hard work at Rangers and this has been going on for years

LF , Cr and co I believe are trying to change that ethos which will take time to introduce getting more big money players off the books will help and replacing them with players who see us a step up will also help . In the summer we made small steps by signing Gladwin and Luongo.
