  • Ramsey - I was wrong!

hands up and sad to say it as I wanted it to work but Ramsey ain't managerial material.

With the squad he has at his disposal, his tactical selections, substitutions and the clear demeanour of our players it is clear something is very wrong.

I do believe there's a place for him at this club, maybe back being head of our youth department but we need someone in who demands respect form our top players a d can bring cohesion to the squad.

With the players at his disposal it's a disgrace how we are performing. Im a firm believer we should be challenging top two with our squad and still can if a change is made now.

If we don't make the change now we be throwing away a massive chance tomgomstraight back up and I can see us getting stuck in this league for years.

Agreed. It's making the change now that's key, before a general malaise sets in. But we know from bitter experience that one of Fernandes' worst traits is sticking by a manager who clearly has to go. And before he even knew the cut of his jib, Fernandes gave Ramsey a 3 year contract. This could be a long and painful season.

He needs to move on from Loftus Rd. If he was not made permanent then he could of stayed but not now. He had ruin his reputation, if he had one.

Come on as said earlier it's not all his fault he's doing his best but he's simply not good enough , don't let Ferdinand turn a blind eye to his responsibility in this crap Ramsey is an ideal scapegoat , Ferdinand knew him well and appointed him st team coach then promoted S Gallen former youth coach to assist the former youth coach[only at QPR]

I'm in the same boat. Last night was a turning point for me. I'd really been looking forward to that game. How can the same team that showed good shape and discipline to nearly win at Hull perform like that six days later. Baffling isn't it?

at last. People finally waking up to smell the coffee.
Ramsey is not and never will be head coach material.
1 win and 6 defeats in his 1st 7 games1made that very clrar last season. Yet be eatnt a 3 year deal...absolute madness. No doubt many will say give him time, plenty more game and points to change things.

No time for 'told you so's' mate. Us coffee smellers already been sniffing that bean since his appointment, but we couldnt change the decision so just got on with it without posting 'get him out, sack the board' from day one cos it would of achieved nothing. We just hoped like monk at swansea did, he succeeded but that doesnt mean we thought he would, we just dint go round coating him off until he failed like he did last night.

Fulham fans have been calling for Symons head all season. I bet he thought xmas had come early when we showed up. Had a little grin on his face after 5 minutes, he knew there was nly going to be one outcome
I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble

He has one before the match, he said on SKY that they'll win and was so sure about it. CR has been worked out by other clubs, his players and own fans.

If we don't get promoted this year we'll have a far weaker squad next year and it will get worse year on year.

We have the players now, need to make the most of it. Get rid of Ramsey now before it's too late!

I have lost faith, plenty of time, good players, good support but clueless
I blew a lot on vodka and tonic, gambling and fags. Looking back, I think I overdid it on the tonic. - The one and only Stanley Bowles

Maybe so but if we had raised an uproar at the time when rumours of his appointmrnt were around perhaps the club would have taken notice. The evidence of his incapabsbilty were bleeding obvious.
He is 53 years old and has managed university football in the US, in Malta and youth level at England and Spurs. Ffs what made anyone think he was suitable to a) try and keep a club in the Premiership or b) win promotion?

Cant argue with you on that stanis mate, maybe we should of made a lot more noise when 'uncle' even suggested the dope was in the running for the job.

My theory is we wanted Clement but due to the f f p situation we couldn't promise him the funds. Panic set in and we feared losing Ramsey to Villa with Sherwood and having no one who would accept the job under the f f p circumstances. So we are now lumbered with a nice bloke but awful manager. The football being served up is Paul Hart esq but with far better players supposedly !
