  • Not long now for Ramsey

    I feel.

    The fans have turned.

And let's be honest here, it's not after one game. Many of us, including myself have backed CR from day one, regardless if he was the 'right man' or not, but the football is dire, the tactics poor & it looks as though the players are not exactly busting a gut for him.

Depending on results today we could be 15th or 16th in the league. Absolutely abysmal for the squad we possess.

I've seen many like myself, who backed him on social media today have finally turned against him.

When that happens, it's very hard to reverse.

If he's not sacked by the next game, he literally needs to win every game. Even draws now would not stop the tide of resentment against him.

    Tick tock

well I also thought we were lucky to get a point against Cardiff and Blackburn, and then win at Wolves was down to poor goalie. Could have even fewer points!

He has to go but I think we will persevere with him because of Les and both their continual spouting of the Rooney thing.

Just look at some of the games he has been in charge of in the last 6 months and tell me if he should still be in charge. Palace, City, Leicester, last night.

Any other manager would have been sacked this morning.

I have seen one win in twenty one games since December 2014. Twenty of those under Ramsey...... I'm not including Yeovil and Carlisle.

Today wouldn't be soon enough. In fact today would be perfect timing, absolutely perfect, cos we can still deffo go up automatic with someone who knows football management in charge,

I've thought he was the wrong man from day one ! Ridiculous appointment from the day one.

              I agree with you.

I said backed him from day one not that he was the right man. There's a difference.

Les and Tony seem very tight and pally....Les and Chris are close mates....It's like an old school club, and a very unhealthy set-up when the proverbial hits the fan (like it has NOW) when the time has arrived for hard-nosed and ruthless business decisions to be made.

Has TF made a ruthless decision since he bought the club? He left managers in charge months to long, never acted when need be, and sacked Warnock without a hint of support or financial backing (not last minute .com panic buys) . I agree the set up is ridiculous. It's like mates, not business associates. Bolton at home will be a horror show for them all if we play badly.

Yes he has actually, and it was another totally wrong decision, he got rid of Warnock far to soon after he got us up and never gave him a chance in the prem. Does he get anything right manager wise.

And that, in a nutshell, is the problem with Tony. In many ways I love the guy and wish I could bottle his enthusiasm and take some of it myself. But for a successful businessman he seems incredibly trusting and often too nice to make the ruthless but necessary decision.

I was hoping above hope I would wake up this morning and see a headline where either he had stepped down or been sacked, I really want to look forward to the rest of the season with optimism and someone in charge who's done it and knows what it takes in this division, but the more this goes on the more I dread each game, feeling very disillusioned with the club atm !

Am with you on that one. Interesting that Trevor Sinclair laying into him on Twitter, all but calling for him to go.

Maybe he should be just demoted to coaching saves face all round then.
