It's hard to say they are good players I see flashes of the new players and think yeah they've got something but the way the sides are function under Ramsey it's hard to make a firm decision about them being good or that they flatter to deceive so I'll reserve judgement

The silence is deafening. I'd have at least expected the obligatory "The manager has our full support..." nonsense by now. It would not surprise me if behind the scenes we are looking at alternatives.'Only a Ranger!' cried Gandalf. 'My dear Frodo, that is just what the Rangers are: the last remnant in the South of the great people, the Men of West London.' - Lord of the Rings, Book II, Chapter I - Many Meetings.

Wow. Not even worth a debate. Taxi.
He also inspires no real confidence.
Yes, not even worth debating so why are we waiting for him to be moved on, He can stay at the club and manage the U18s which as about all he is qualified to do.

You underestamate the value of a good youth coach, " the U18s which as about all he is qualified to do" is an insult to the guys in that position, it's an important role.
I agree his time maybe up and I hope he has the balls to remain at the club overseaing the youth set-up, this would give the club longterm stability .Kept the faith!

Needs more time but like the Vargas situation he has to resolve his differences with Sandro as he just must play ahead of henry and bizarrely it will keep him his jobI played sunday league football today.
Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

I thought it was that the beast came back so out of condition its taken this long for him to be able to play a game?
Rednapp hated and picked on adel, now we got ramsey having a personal vendetta with sandro and refusing to pick him, hows our luck.

Are 134 people a true representation of the real perspective?
I do think we are not as good as we think we are, not just tactics. Our pace is still a big issue and heart is non existent. There are no leaders on the pitch and our 'star' players just looked better last season than the $hite we had. Our 'star' players this season are just still better than the $hite we have only in the Championship.

Tactics and team selection, inspiration, motivation and organisation are key to winning matches. From what I have seen under Ramsey this and last season, he lacks the skills for the job, end of.
I spoke to a Palace fan last week about the job Pulis did at Palace. He said the Holloway squad of players he inherited were not very good, but his skills as a coach and manager transformed them.
Ramsey is not the man for the job and never was. Les appointed his mate without even giving consideration to anyone else for the job, and he has hoodwinked Fernandes just as Hughes and Redkrapp did.
