    Chery deserves a discussion

Obvious bags of potential and still bedding in but personally I want to see more from him

Few times yesterday had ball and your thinking go at the man and beat him but he passes it instead. Just want him to have a few bursting runs as he will soon see he can boss this league and take the p iss

He Blows to hot and cold for me west, you can see he has great potential but he try's and do to much then loses the ball, a bit like phillips bags off protential but matty is really not on his game at the moment,, that first half last night was bad if the rules said you could change 11 players I would off sent out a second team in the 2nd half
    You Rsssssss

I think it is becoming obvious that it is difficult to play chery and luongp in the same side. They both want to play in the same position..we become imbalanced. Similar situation to fer last season.

I have to admit I'm probably in the minority but I don't think he is as good as the hype.

Don't get me wrong, he is a decent player and I would have him in my starting 11, but I don't think he is a world beater. Needs to grow a pair he is a bit of a bottle job. Does play some nice stuff though linked up well with Charlie a few times yesterday and I think there is more to come. Not that he is part of this thread, but I much prefer Luongo.

Think Luongo is a gem. I would be tempted to give a free role

Also forgot to say, I am sure we were told he is a set piece specialist when we signed him? Jesus Christ his set pieces are worse than Bartons!!

Olly said this on Saturday on Sky that playing both unbalances the side, disagreed at the time but now having watched forest and Blackburn he does seem to have a point.

I think Lunago playing deeper getting on ball and driving carrying it forwards could work instead of both of them playing high.

Might need till Christmas ! as Cally said Ramsey is is putting newcomers straight in , he played Angelina and Tozser dropping the youngsters Dougty ndC/B Hall we all agreed was doing well on the back of 3 wins, and I've said he seems to want to do to many things at once , whats wrong with old thinking you don't take a players place until his form dips or he is injured

Played out wide left & right by our clueless manager, likes to play just behind the front man where he's been playing earlier in games

Think he's best played in the middle next to a stopper. Like Charlton away. He's not a no 10 at the moment. Chery is so small. He needs a stepladder if the team are going to keep hoofing it up to him when stuck out on the left. Mackie presently offers more there. Chery could play no 10. Or off Charlie in 442. It's not working him on the left in 4231. Especially at home.

This. First half at Charlton. Best football we've played all season.

                          I'd play Luongo and Toszer/Faurlin.

Starting to do my nut how Ramsey rates Henry, when he is absolute pony.

I was discussing the same about Chery last night mate. Haven't been massively impressed so far (with all the hype he came with). And agree about Luongo too, just hoping that is down to Luongo's familiarity with the English game and England generally and Chery is still acclimatising.
