...so the forum might be up and down a little. Please bear with us and hopefully all will be resolved by the morning. Thanks for your patience.

We've had to perform an emergency server migration, we believe that we may have lost some thread/posts.

If any of your posts have disappeared, post again and please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Kirill are you OK mate? I think you should of gone on holiday for a few wks before making a decision with myu about your position on this board. You're coming across a little erratic I guess a little in a ted way which hurts me to say. Maybe the forum could help fund this for a guy that has done a great deal for this message board?
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Whilst I havnt completed the post mortem on the affected machine yet this is highly doubtful. It looks like an automated attack exploiting a software vulnerability in the out of band access console of the server was leveraged to gain further access to the software on the machine. Security software on the machine certainly partially mitigated the impact by preventing some or all of the malware from running when the machine was rebooted, further investigation suggested that system files had been modified and found that security context labels were missing. At that point it was decided that the machine was beyond the point of realistic repair and steps were taken to migrate affected services onto another machine which I operate in that facility.

Actual down time was limited to ~20 minutes while the machine was accessed via OOB console and software modification occurred and ~20 minutes this morning while I completed the migration onto the new hardware.
