Answering instead of west... Poulter not too good this evening, missed a sitter one on one with the keeper. JET was more of a threat imo even getting the ball into the box.

Good question mate I can see something in him if we play to his strengths. When he turns and runs with the ball he draws fouls and gets shots off but for me hes doing his business to far away from the goal its the edge of the box we need to get him involved. He's got that clumsy look about him I think he will come good

Yea Polter looks terrible to me. JET was more dangerous but still very hit & miss, got bathed off the ball very easily a few times for a big lump.

This was an experimental side, no doubt about it. The gamble didn't pay off.

So to take it forward, on the early showing do JET and Poulter look as if they could develop into league players for us?

I think its fine to put in a few youngsters but it was clearly too many. You need someone like Henry (never thought I would say that!) who has a bit of experience and savvy.

In my opinion only, I think JET COULD be Ok as a back up striker. But I have to say on what I've seen first hand I can't see Polter doing anything for us. I'm quite often wrong though so hopefully he turns out OK....!

I thought JET looked quite a tidy player, knocks people off ball when he carries it and has decent range of passing he hardly gave it away. Think its his decision making which he needs to improve

OK thanks for feedback Matty and Acton. Bit more encouraging about JET. I suppose the worry is that he has been bought as probably our third striker yet maybe he cd benefit from a season out on loan before playing too much for us. IF Charlie does go - or even gets injured - these two cd effectively be our forward line.

It's a bit early to say on either. On current form what I saw tonight I would say JET is better. Polter needs more confidence in front of goal and needs more wing service for him to utilise his height.

We had three strikers out there tonight with no real game plan.

I won't be happy until this pr*ck of a manager is f*cked off out of the club, if I f*cked up at work I would be down the road, may of got away with one or two changes but all those, we are not like Man City that can put out their 3rd choice team and still win.

Yes to both, but not in this division.

                          League one at best.

Once again i feel completely mugged off by the club when it comes to this competition - why won't the club take this competition seriously..from kettling us all into one stand..to playing such a weakened side..we cannot be bothered as a club..too many changes ..too many youth players..win the game then blood the youngsters..if as the club says that promotion is not a priority then for one season why cant they take this competition seriously..and don't get me started on Gobern!

There's no way we can compare this performance tonight with how we will get on in the league, with or without Charlie and Matty. Panic has set in among some fans, chill for fark sake.
