The amount of managers we have had

I just wanted to gauge other peoples opinions, seeing as Ramsey is becoming less and less popular on here and i certainly don't want to start a Ramsey out thread but rather just wanted to know is it wise to just keep sacking and having to keep paying up contracts or put up and shut up. For the record i think Ramsey should be given more time but when you compare the amount of managers we have had against other teams surely this culture of hiring and firing has had a detrimental effect on our club for at least the last 20 years..

When it comes to signing managers we must be bottom off the league,, I still don't think ramsey will ever get sacked because the expectations for ramsey is not that high. that's why the board gave him a 3 year contract

When was the last time we poached a manager from another club? We seem to take whatever is available at the time.

I would love to see Ramsey succeed but the more I listen to him in interviews etc the less optimistic I am about him.

Last season wasn't his fault but the fact that he didn't get much change out of the players was a bit concerning.

I'm just worried now that with Les at the helm they will want to give Ramsey as much time as poss and the season could turn into a disaster.

Having Brentford and Fulham in the same division could make it all the more painful as well.

Stability keeps getting mentioned by our owner but sometimes you just know when enough is enough. It does concern me that our current set up is not working but do you give it a lot or a bit longer? I guess that is the big question.

If we got rid now who would come in and do a good job? I suggest that we wouldn't be that much better off with Jose or Arsene, the problems at QPR go much deeper than the manager

are we though? In all fairness to Hughes he has done good things before and after us and redknapp did a good job at a lot of the clubs he was at. Olly, Sousa and im sure many others have gone on to do bigger and better than us.

I do agree with you on the Ramsey point though. I think that was basically saying, keep us in this league for 3 years if you can, then we will look at pushing forward and trying to get back up. Think Ramsey keeps his job as long as we dont get relegated.

This is what Hoy and Sir Les Have to find out. It could be that it affects Ramsey and the players short term aswell?

What I hope is taking place behind the scenes at the club is a critical assessment of Ramsey's performance as manager. If concerns about his suitability for the task are felt - as they surely must be - then the focus has to switch to who we need to get in and how we can do that. I don't have a list of potential candidates but there are a few out there eg Pearson who have proven Championship and Premiership credentials. Sooner rather than later he will be given a job, let's at least consider him for our situation.
