I actually think us bringing in Leon Clarke on a free under Warnock was met with a less resounding 'NO' than Leon Best.
I could understand if it was Carlton Cole we had on trial as atleast he was playing quite reguarly for West Ham not too long ago and occasionally chipped in with a handful of goals at the highest level.
This though? no matter how you look at it, it doesnt make sense. Even if he signs just to make up the numbers i'm sure we'd all much rather RGC or Tyler Blackwood as an option on the bench over him.
