      I keep bringing this up every 6 months or so for the last couple of years. Same #### every time. Fat or Bodybuilder types throughout our squad, players not fit to play 90mins? WTF?? Consistently letting in goals and losing games last 20mins, and the shite carries on.

      Whatever we are doing at Qpr fitness wise we need a rethink as it clearly doesn't work.

        I don't actually think us losing points in the last 5-10 minutes of games is down to fitness. Think we are completely clueless with how to kill a game. We make substitutions for the sake of it and no actual tactical thought behind them.

        It seems to be looked upon as an outdated tactic, but surely taking an attacking player off and replacing them with another defender is a way of defending your lead. The big boys in the prem dont seem to have a problem doing this, so not sure why we just replace like for like regardless of the score.
