  • Ramsey and les?

So to the ones who aren't happy about Ramsey do you hold les accountable too or do you see what he is trying to achieve?

Or do you think they are both wrong for the club?

What ever happens this year with Ramsey I thin les has done brilliant. He's bringing a identity back to the club and building foundations. Never understood the flack he gets.

I think he's given Ramsey a chance for many reasons and a certain reason that if I say I will probably get pellets for but I think you know what I'm hinting at.

I just think no matter what comes of Ramsey les deserves a lot of credit. Would just like to know if the haters want both out and why that is or if you'd like les in the role but someone in charge like a warnock, mcCarthy type of character who is championship savvy?

Think they will have them both gone. Les for his Tottenham Connection(lol) and Ramsey for his lack of results. Just a thought. Not my opinion.

Les is his boss ....Les is accountable .....Think the double tragedy that could and I say could come out of all this, is
we not only lose a manager, we lose an excellent (by all accounts) youth team manager.
I'm not a hater btw, I'm a QPR fan.....like all the others on here

Think the work Sir Les is doing is exactly what is required ! Not sure about Ramsey I really wanted Clement to work with him but 3 games in is hardly a time for panic but I would like another face in alongside Ramsey. The finding players from lower leagues is what we always use to do with great success, Peacock, Sinton, Sinclair etc to name a few.

I thought the tactics were bamboozling yesterday. Attack with pace, we play hoof ball. Do well to get something against Wolves. Jury is out for me on Ramsey
I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble

Both accountable, who is scouting, as signings seem poor

Dangerous time to have 2 amateurs at the helm.

Before we do anything, we need a defencive coach asap. We need to give CR & LF about 10 games, the transfer window is still open so allow them to build a team at least.

Wouldn't say the signings are poor at all . The decision to leave it so late to sort out the defence and also playing one up front will cost us And shania to suggest les gets sacked because he has Tottenham connections is quite frankly ridiculous .

Yes both of them poor signings some of them are just Div 1 standard.

Totally disagree that our signings have all been poor. I've seen enough glimpses from Chery, Luongo, Gladwyn, Polter and JET (Not so much Pearch and Konchesky) to suggest they have ability and can play at this level.

I've said it once, and i'll say it again- I just don't think Ramsey is the right man to get the best out of these players.

Give this squad to somebody like Sean Dyche for instance, or if we're talking realistic and available options, Nigel Pearson and I genuinely think we'd have won yesterdays game.

What I dont think is helping his cause is that he's talked a lot pre season about how he wants us to play football and so far, even against Yeovil (despite winning 3-0) there is very little evidence of this happening. We looked like the away team against Cardiff.

One thing i cannot understand is the playing style!!

I thought we were meant to be playing more attractive football.... yet all we're doing is pumping the ball up top still... this doesnt bode well IMO

If it comes down to sackings if things don't improve both should go

Ramsey always been out of his dept as manager he was bought in as a youth team coach and to work with the academy and that's where he should've stayed, as of the DOF never really had loads of experience in that role, he was an assistant to (I love myself Sherwood), and he gave the job to his mate, because if we went and got a descent manager who probably wouldn't want to work under a DOF, job preservation ,picked someone who wouldn't complain ,
