  • Evening from Cardiff lads

Nearly that time again you play against your friends from Wales.
What can we expect from you this year after last weeks early impressions ?
Expect Cardiff to line up like this -

Simon Moore in goal (Marshall suspended and this guy is shite, dropped a clanger on weekend)
    Peltier, Connolly, Morrison, Malone
Dikacoi sitting infront of back 4
Pilkington on right wing. With a midfield next to him of Whittingham and Ralls cutting inside. (no left winger usually as lopsided 442)
Up-top will def be Joe Mason. Who partners him yet we don't know. Was Revell last week but wont be this week. Either Doyle, Ameobi or Kenwynne Jones

Ill be making the journey up. Bus leaving South Wales around 10am heading towards Hounslow, then training it in.
What are you boys prediciting your lineup to be and the scoreline ? Will Austin, Phillips, Fer be playing ?
Ill go with a 2-1 Qpr win. We will score but our keeper just aint up to it

As for the crowd, Cardiff so far have only sold 500 tickets due to it being on sky and the prices. A few of us got Cyprus to go to shortly !
Expecting us to be around 8-900 tho

We are awful on sky, and if we lose tonight like we always do in cups, the natives will be restless and i can see another nervy display and you could beat us.

Austin and Phillips will play but Leroy Fer is injured.
Who's your main danger man? Wittingham still there? seems like he's been about for ages.
I expect us to win, we are so much better at home every season so I'm going for 3-1.
        Our probable team will be:
        Green
        Perch, Onouha, Hill, Konchesky
        Luongo, Henry or Faurlin
        Phillips, Chery, Mackie
        Austin

No idea what to expect from us at the weekend... We're a club in limbo. We have some good new signings but no idea what to expect again on Saturday.
Don't think Austin and Fer will be playing, both have knocks and speculation around them. Phillips may play but i expect us to line up like this...

          Green
          Perch Onuoha Hill Konchesky
          Luongo Henry
          Phillips Chery Mackie
          Polter

Yeh Whitts is still here. Only 30. Hes a danger from set pieces.
Our main danger will be Joe Ralls and Joe Mason who have both been on fire in pre season.
Whitts set-pieces will be key, we have a big side in Jones, Manga (50/50 ), Morrison, Connelly, Ameobi, Pilkington, all over 6ft for Whitts to aim at.
Mason is the Luongo type who finds the space between centermidfielders and strikers and likes a late run into box.
Im worried about Luongo the most to be honest. Dikacoi isnt 100% fit for us and could give him the run around.
Noone will be a danger coming off the bench when tired legs are about to

Plus we are allways awful on sky to, so a 0-0 isn't out of the question

Yeh my mate who is a Palace fan always used to bet on Whittingham scoring against them. He often won that bet.

How you doing Gareth. Good poster.

Real shame you're not bringing many down. Was always guaranteed 2,000 to travel when you boys came to town. Had a fantastic straightener with you lot outside the BQ that great Friday night, then outside the ground then about 11pm down Goldhawk Rd. All night we were at it. Not big and not clever no but sh!t happens eh.

I don't think there's much between the sides, but I do fancy us to win. Pressure is on us after Saturday's loss. Can't even imagine this gaff if we lost 2 on the trot.

                            Safe journey mate.

Was a blinding night. And a mate come out with an absolute pearler when another pal tugged him for not getting out the boozer to get involved - "I couldn't leave the pub, I was looking after the coats".
"The kids missed everything from Queens Park Rangers to Conkers".

London Pride has been handed down to us.
London Pride is a flower that's free.
London Pride means our own dear town to us,
And our pride it for ever will be.
