Sadly not ITK QPR side but have a bit of ITK at Brighton.

Their plan on promotion to the Championship a few years back was consolidation followed by spending money to go up. That was on the basis of their new ground being filled and making money. This was direct from one of the board who is a friend of a friend over a couple of beers. What has happened is that yes their new ground has been filled but I understand they have still been losing money. My guess based on that is they will not spend any money hence their pretty pathetic transfer activity over the last 2-3 years. The Chairman and Board spent big on stadium, and fair play to them, but have not invested in team. Whilst TF has made mistakes far happier with our ownership. They should keep their beak out of QPR business. This is at least the second time they have called for us to be hammered over this.

Unrelated but a friend was on a plane with the Brighton players in pre-season and reason BZ's transfer was delayed was they sent him to a specialist in Switzerland due to thigh issues which came up during his medical. Assume specialist visit went well enough as he subsequently signed.

Everyone moans about QPR but no-one bats an eyelid when other teams spend big money on players, Just look at Middlesborough with they're bids for Rhodes. More than we payed for any of our players. The clubs/fans moaning always seem to be the ones who feel hard done by I.e Derby or teams that never seem to be able to challenge without spending by not being successful on a budget. Sour grapes if you ask me. I and many R's fans would rather we didn't shell out for the players and wages that we have but you can't turn back the clock. It also never seems to be Ok for smaller clubs to spend their owners money but when the big clubs spend £40/50/60 million on players nothing is said.
