It looked like JET was playing in midfield today, or was that just me? Either way the blokes a unit and looked really good on the ball.

Like the passing, flow of play, and new feel look to the team. Chery looks like he's going to be a true game-changer with his free kicks; Massimo is growing in maturity with each game; Perch will help anchor a defense that with one or two more additions looks decent. With the exception of JET, am concerned about lack of touch, scoring punch within the box. Polter in particular, who again looked uncertain after an excellent feed from our midfield in the first half; Charlie would have scored on that pass nine times out of ten. Suggest starting JET and Mackie against Charlton, giving Polter more time to get his game together.

Although I'd like to keep Fer and Phillips

Diakite impressively, erm rebooted
Hall doing a better job than Scorchio, has he gone?
Perch, likes a tackle, but better RB than CB
Polter is Zamora not Austin. Win the ball, hold it up, will score a few, but not banging them in for fun a la Charlie
Corners and free kicks sorted with Chery
JET and Gladwin will provide the "did he just do that?" Moments.
There will be a collective intake of breath every time Ale goes in for a 50/50
