Whether Austin leaves or not.
We need another decent striker, and can't see why we haven't made a move for one yet.
Do we have money available for one at the moment ?
We have seen £12.5million come our way through Sterling and McCarthy.
If Austin does go then once we look for a replacement any targets will suddenly go up in value once clubs know we have money in the bank, and are desperate for a replacement.
If Austin stayed then we still need backup should the worst happen and an Injury rules him out for a while.
Brentford have said they may sell Gray but it would take a big offer, how much would that be?
We need to test the water now by putting in bids for Gray or Afobi and see what it's gonna take to get them.

Should someone come up with the £15million for Austin, that money needs to be spent on new signings.
Reckon we could get Afobe for £9million, and use the other £6mill on defence.
Still got Sandro who we could shift as well.

We are told there's not much money available on transfers.
But so far we have got £9million from Sterling Deal, £3.5million from McCarthy sale and at least £1million on Caulker loan plus whatever we were paying him for the season.
Now that Barton, SWP, Zamora, Dunne have departed with the high wages they were on surely there is some funds to invest in new signings?

There must have been a budget put in place for the new season.
We used some on Luongo and Gladwin, but Sterling being sold couldn't have been taken into consideration at the time.
Not sure what the figure was overall for Luongo and Gladwin but I don't think it was much more than what we got back on McCarthy.
Even with the Sterling money and Caulker money we have banked at least £10million which would go towards paying off our debts.
There's still gotta be money in the transfer kitty surely.

We may be signing Perch, but we have no back up should Ned or Clint get injured.
Can't believe we let Caulker go without having someone lined up as a replacement!!
No matter what some may think of Caulker, now we are thin at the back.

Officially how much parachute payments did we end with,, let say all 3 do stay we will get a lot off goals. Perch is very versatile ned is solid. I think clint might cover for caulker. But the left back is a problem at the moment with yun injured. We must have enough from the Stirling money to invest in a decent left back surlyYou Rsssssss
