All of the mentioned are fantastic, but there are a couple of others that always stick in my mind.

    1) Ian Stewart at Highbury when we won 2-1. Beat a couple of players cut inside David O'Leary and curled one into the top corner.
    2) David Pizanti and absolute screamer in that FA Cup game against West Ham when there was about 30,000 in the ground due to dodgy tickets being sold.

      - Kenny Sansom against Arsenal in the cup
      - Austin at Chelsea
      - Falco volley against Chelsea at home

Jamie Cureton's second goal (I think) against Coventry in 2004. Was almost a carbon copy of Van Basten's volley v Russia.

A couple stick in my mind, more for the feeling at the time than the quality, and the fact I saw them live
Les's cracker against Man U at home, which we eventually lost.
Clive Wilson's penalty against Millwall in the cup.
            Paul Parker's goal.
Tony Scully's top corner volley, I can't remember who against, but there wasn't many he scored, just stood there with his arms outstretched milking the applause.
Danny Dichio at Wolves of the underside of the bar.

Dave Webbs last minute winner v Stoke in 75 was a goal I have never forgotten.
Bobbys goal at Wembley - because we won at Wembley
Roy Wegerle v Leeds at Elland Rd - Quality

You must have been stood pretty close to me then, I was also in line with Tricky Trev when he scored that goal (in X block I think), and I would definitely have that as my number one:

                1. Tricky Trev's stunning overhead kick - for obvious reasons

                2. Ishmael Miller v Leicester. It was such a tense game and we were looking so close to auto at that point and his brilliant strike in the 88th minute, just after coming on, lifted the roof off Loftus Road. It came from a sublime through-ball from Wayne Routledge and I still feel angry we failed to sign him for the following season.

                3. Ray Jones' winning strike away to Southampton in 2006. I was watching the game from a bar in Mallorca with some fellow fans, and we'd fought back from 1-0 down. I loved the way Ray pounced on the keeper's mistake and finished so coolly. And of course, I remember it for so many sentimental reasons. RIP Ray.

I was level too, but I was high up in South Africa Road, I still get goosebumps. (Have you noticed the photo that I use for my avatar??)

                    Great thread.

Best 3 in terms of quality of goal (that I saw in person) are:

                    1) Zamora v WBA (the technique for that goal was unreal).
                    2) Tarbs v Preston.
                    3) Ainsworth 1st goal, the volley, v Rushden.

Best 3 in context (i.e. the wildest celebrations!):

                    1) Zamora at Wembley.
                    2) Charlie's winner in ET v Wigan / Furlong's v Oldham. Would likely be the latter, but I was too young to fully understand how amazing it was!
                    3) Bircham's at Brentford.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

Only considering goals I saw live:

                      1. Zamora at Wembley
                      2. Gerry Francis at home to Liverpool on opening day 1975 (scored at the wrong end but was goal of the season!)
                      3. Ishmael Miller at home to Leicester 2011 (meant we were going up)

                          Best 3 for ability:

                          1) Trev
                          2) Adel v Swansea
                          3) Adel v Preston.

Got to mention Sir Les v Man U when he unleashed a rocket past Schmeical. Also Ainsworth v Rushden.

                                That goal at Wembley
                                Bircham against Brentford
                                Micklewhite against Newcastle.

They span nearly 30 years but I celebrated the last one just like the emotionally charged teenager I was for the first one.
