Leroy Fer staying?

Top heavy in a role just behind the striker or do you see Sandro Henry or faurlin creating chances and causing havoc?

Yep we dont have to many for that role , I rate Fer and hope he might stay but for me he'not quite as as good as some posters seem to think
being Dutch doesn't make him great , used properly he's a good player but never right up there with the best

He's the best that we've got so that's a good enough reason to keep him. Hard to say how good because redknapp played him left wing which he still did OK. He won't track back but play the bloke to his strengths

If that Chery signs and Sandro gets him work permit,then we are overloaded with cm's. So, someone must go and it most likely will be Fer. I want him to stay and get rid of Sandro instead. Now we have Luongo, Henry, Faurlin, Doughty, Diakite, Fer, Sandro and Chery coming. Did i miss someone?

Diakite could be a jewel in the crown this season, if he can get his act together and stop the rush off blood moments. He could play a big part, but only saying this if leroy goes

Fer is the biggest cert to go, no question. As soon as we dropped there were comments he didn't want to play in the championship. He is class and will have plenty of suitors and will want to jump as he did from Norwich.

The only strange thing here is the club haven't put a price against him like they have with Austin and Phillips, which could mean two things.... As signed most recently he has longer contract and they won't sell him, or there's a release clause that probably isn't as high as it should be that helped us secure him last year in the first place.

I agree but I dont see Fer as a c/m I see him as an inside forward just off your front pair or just off a front man depending what attack each game plan

Diakite could be a revelation, but why only if Fer goes??

Imagine them both in the same side with Diakite in a central 2 driving forward and Fer behind the striker...... They cold boss games big style.

Fer will be gone for sure, the only havoc Sandro will be causing is in the home office.

If a premier league club comes in for him he is gone. If they don't he will stay. simple as that.

Fer is a No.10 and should be utilised as such. Dunno what the situation regarding him leaving is but I'd love to see him stay.

As stated, good player if played in the right system, hope he stays, we really need defenders, if Sandro does stay, and I hope he does, it might be Henry that has to go?

2 FB's , 2 CB's and if? We keep everyone, that's job done!

only thing in our favour with fer is because he was injured back end of last season that took him out of the shop window to some extent.

Won't be a major loss if he goes in my opinion.
