Graham Stack I grew up playing against and he made it - his family are all QPR and Merson now plays for Whitton FC and can often be found in the Prince Albert on Hounslow Road a Sunday. He's just had a kid with a an old friend of mine.

Never know how Jay made it pro. The old man must have known someone at Brentford, as there's no way he got there on ability. There was much better than him around, even just in our year.

Same year and for a short time same class as Les and Denis Wise. Don shanks parents use to live in the same block on the Estate and every now and again Don and Stan would have a kick around in the court yard with the young locals. My old man was the star player for HMP Parkhurst during their successful and unbeaten 77/78 season.

I used to play on the same Sunday league team as a striker called Mark Watson.
Made his one and only Premier League appearance for West Ham at Loftus Road as a 2nd substitute half in 1996.
As far I know, he dropped straight down to non-league football with Aldershot, shortly afterwards.
In another team, I played with the brother of Damien Johnson(ex Blackburn, Birmingham) - certainly the brother was a top top player at that level.
