I was sure a new contract has been on the table since the turn of the year?

Ok read the article now, I think he will stay, there, I have said it again, lol.

Stranger things have happened, man landed on the moon?, voyager 1 & 2 are in interstellar space, unmanned mission to Mars, landed a small science lab on a comet and have just flown pass Pluto.

Man can and will always dream, Charlie, Phillips and Fer to stay!

Trying to not be selfish here so dont' take this the wrong way.

It's best he goes ASAP. He may not get a chance again to play in a decent Premier League team. (We weren't, we were utter gash). Now is the time for him to step up for his career. He has proven his worth time and time again at every level and deserves to be playing in the Premier.

Get the feeling we are trying to push this along now see who is truly interested in him, seems like very few are willing to pay 15m , and im sure the club don't want to wait and lose him in the last week of the window, threatening a new deal may make one or two clubs a bit twitchy.

You hear? This site got audio on it?
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

We can all hope but can't see it. One part of me really wants Charlie to go on and make it, prove everyone wrong and the other wants him to stay.

You know what, reading that article, it's exactly what a selling club would want a local reporter to write to up the anti and get a sale on the cards. After Pulis comments and the lack of offers (bar Leicester). Let's say " we'll keep him and offer a new contract so he won't leave for peanuts in January or for free next Summer.... You decide.

Much as I like Austin, I have reservations about some of his contributions, which can be discussed more when we know his immediate future. But safe to safe, GREAT if he stays (& signs a new contract) but if he goes, get £15m and sooner the better. We need to prepare for next season ASAP, or at least before the next friendly !.....
