We also have the bonus of £9million from Sterling sale, so we could keep Phillips at least.

There's only a few clubs that have shown interest in Austin, and only Leicester so far to bid £12million.
Could leave him where he is for 1 season and pay nothing next season instead!!
I really rate Austin, as feel he can score goals wherever he ends up.
I just don't think any club will pay £15million for him, when less than a year later they can get him for free.

It is not down to who the club want to keep, if a player wants to go he will go in the end.

If a club really wants Austin they have a chance now to bid £15million and he would be there's.
Nothing is gonna change the longer this drags on, we won't back down on what we want for him.

What I am trying to put across is that clubs know our valuation of him, Leicester had there £12million turned down but have yet to improve the offer, if they really wanted him then why not offer the extra £3mill which would be accepted by the club then it's down to Austin to decide.
The longer it goes on, other clubs could show interest which could see those like Leicester lose out.
If they really want him, offer £15million and they get him.

Unless a club comes up with £15 million then he stays here.
Will anyone really part with £15million now, knowing they can pay fu*k all next season?'Only a Ranger!' cried Gandalf. Charlie wants to go and who could blame him?
If I was in his shoes, I'd too want to find another club in the EPL to prove myself and all my doubters wrong.
15 million for an English striker who scores for fun, you'd have to be mad not to be looking. I think everyone is keeping a very close eye and waiting for another to make the first accepted bid, offers should then come in as we've accepted an amount. For this reason I can't see a bidding war.
I think we did wrong by giving him a fixed amount, should've said highest bidder that meets our evaluation.
