We also have the bonus of £9million from Sterling sale, so we could keep Phillips at least.

I think there's a slight possibility Phillips will stay but Fer and Charlie are 100% gone

Transfer window open for ages yet, a lot of clubs just back in pre season/away on summer tours. All will be gone imo

Doesn't even seem to be any interest whatsoever in Fer, only seen one rumour which was Seville but they signed other players instead

The window has only been open 15 days and still has a month and a half to go.

It is not down to who the club want to keep, if a player wants to go he will go in the end.

              That's what I can't see though.
There's only a few clubs that have shown interest in Austin, and only Leicester so far to bid £12million.
Could leave him where he is for 1 season and pay nothing next season instead!!

I really rate Austin, as feel he can score goals wherever he ends up.
I just don't think any club will pay £15million for him, when less than a year later they can get him for free.

I bet if a club doesn't meet our valuation for Charlie, he won't hand in a transfer request.

Well said, people seem to forget that. Austin and Fer have been quiet but as you say the window hasn't been open for long, plenty of time for them to play up.

Why hasn't there been an improved offer by Leicester since there bid was turned down.
If a club really wants Austin they have a chance now to bid £15million and he would be there's.
Nothing is gonna change the longer this drags on, we won't back down on what we want for him.

Ok then. Don't get too excited about it. Teams miss out on players, other players want to leave, players get injured before transfer windows shut these things happen. And, the big one... Austin will want to go. And for me, when he says that he will be off.

It wont benefit us much Hoopdog but Charlie will be available until deadline day and until then, teams will be weighing him up until they feel its the right deal. Personally i want him to go for the quoted fee asap so we can sort out the club asap

I agree mate, the last thing we want is this going down to deadline day and having the money to spend but not enough time to do anything with it.
What I am trying to put across is that clubs know our valuation of him, Leicester had there £12million turned down but have yet to improve the offer, if they really wanted him then why not offer the extra £3mill which would be accepted by the club then it's down to Austin to decide.
The longer it goes on, other clubs could show interest which could see those like Leicester lose out.

If they really want him, offer £15million and they get him.

Unless a club comes up with £15 million then he stays here.
Will anyone really part with £15million now, knowing they can pay fu*k all next season?
Six clubs all saying the same thing though hoop and at least five of them will end up with f*ck all next season, not Charlie. At least one of them will be clever enough to realize it and snap up a £30m striker for £15m now and leave the others blowing in the f*ck all wind next summer.

Charlie wants to go and who could blame him?

If I was in his shoes, I'd too want to find another club in the EPL to prove myself and all my doubters wrong.

15 million for an English striker who scores for fun, you'd have to be mad not to be looking. I think everyone is keeping a very close eye and waiting for another to make the first accepted bid, offers should then come in as we've accepted an amount. For this reason I can't see a bidding war.

I think we did wrong by giving him a fixed amount, should've said highest bidder that meets our evaluation.
